Inked Hearts has a new look!

I’m so in love with these covers by Okay Creations (photo on Tempting and Pretend You’re Mine by Wander Aguiar). Sarah took my rambling and turned it into picture perfect covers. These just feel right.

I’m really particular with my covers. As an artist, I want something beautiful that feels right. As a business person, I want a “stop sign.” I want an eye-catching cover that quickly conveys genre, mood, tone, and heat level. It’s a lot of information to pack into a cover. All my previous attempts captured at least one element of the Inked Hearts series, but these are the first to capture all of them.

Coming January 4th

Given my chosen niche, it’s no surprise I love poring over songs, dissecting their meaning then pasting them back together. A post on my musical influences (a.k.a the “broken bad boys” who most inspired Sinful Serenade and Dangerous Noise is coming. I’m a little terrified to lay all my cards on the table. Especially given what’s in my hand). Until then, I’m putting together playlists to reflect each Dangerous Noise book.

Each playlist has a different jumping off point and is meant to reflect one character’s journey or emotional state at the start of the novel.
